Docker or podman

Hi Team,

How to run docker or podman containers in the workspace? My project utilizes elasticsearch, grafana, and huggingface models for which I have setup the dockerfile which can also be run using podman if required.

Unable to run commands to install using sudo yum for docker using terminal.

Warm Regards
Ganesh Bhat

Thanks @michelle but we cant access the Openshift console APIs as it is disabled. Is there any other way to deploy? We have tested it locally on our laptops using docker and it is working fine but deploying is an issue.

Thanks for letting us know! Using Docker is not necessary but be sure to get set up in the official hackathon environment. Were you able to request access and get a code with some instructions from me to get access?

Posting the instruction list here for reference.
    1. Use this link (it may take a few moments) and click Get Started with Developer Sandbox (https://registration-service-toolchain-host-operator.apps.sandbox.x8i5.p1.openshiftapps.com/)
    2. If you have a Red Hat account, please type your Red Hat Login or email and click Next to then complete the login process. If not, click Register for a Red Hat account to be directed to create an account.
    3. Please review and accept the terms.
    4. Once logged in you will be directed to provide an activation code. Find your unique activation code below.
    5. You will then be directed to select OpenShift or OpenShift AI. We recommend OpenShift AI.
