Cannot Create OpenVINO Notebooks

Hi everyone, I tried creating an OpenVINO notebook for Red Hat OpenShift AI .. but the process fails showing the following error :
PreconditionError notebook resource should be created in redhat-ods-applications project to integrate notebook image with the jupyter hub.
I tried to look for the project but it only shows one project (the default project). Plus I dont think I have any access to creating a new project.
Assistance would be great
